This Is A Great Resource Regarding Diet That I Highly Recommend
There has been a lot of talk about diet lately. As you know I gravitate toward good quality food to include protein sources, fruits, vegetables and good fats.
This I consider to be top notch and IN LINE with my views (obviously without every twist and turn like carb loading prior to a workout. LOL) It is used for fat loss but really, it is a close as you are going to get to health, strength and the right things that brings us in line with our genetic makeup.

good site, lots of great honest info,
bill...interested to know what your thoughts on why we've been lead to believe for years that sugar/carbs should make up the bulk of are diet, it seem's strange to me since diabetes and obesity is growing at a alarming rate.
i guessing it has something to do with the department of aggroculture and other big businesses that would lose to much money if they told the truth, or do you think its because weve never had the abundance of food that we have now? or poor studies carried out in the past, for example the china study.

I am 54 this year. Organic of today is what I grew up with! LOL.
I will keep my ideas of government to myself, but the truth is, if you are in bed with big business, you will probably not be disclosing what is true. Like cancer. Wont get into it but it is very much curable, but just treating the symptoms won't do.

im very much on the same page, not just with the goverment, but also with groups like bilderberg, this is a group of some of the richest people on earth who are somewhat "influential" on goverments, they have draconian like idea's with regards to the worlds population.

If you ever saw the movie... "The Matrix" ... that is what I equate to be reality among the masses. The difference is that I took the red pill. :-) of course the sheeple take the blue one and go back to what they consider to be security, dictated by those who you mentioned above.
